WHAT'S INCLUDED

Over 4 weeks you will cover the foundation movements required in a CrossFit class, and the relevant information required to progress your fitness journey and everyday health. With this program you will also have access to 1 normal CrossFit class a week so you can get a real feel for the community and how a a normal class operates.

WEEK 1

Squat and hip hinge movements
Starting with the posterior chain you'll progress from air squats, weighted Back squats, and the deadlift.

Push series and Jerk
With these overhead exercises we'll teach you how to master stability, balance and how to engage your core muscles.

Progressing to Olympic style lifts, understand rack position, fast transitions from hang to front rack positions.

Overhead Squat & Snatch
